Morocco has set a record in this world cup as the only African nation to top in the group stages since 1998. They have made a great achievement by topping a group that consists of Croatia, Canada and Mexico. In their last match with Canada, they won by scoring 2 goals while conceding one from their opponent- of the two goals Hakim Ziyech scored the first one which lead him to be named man of the match.

Senegal consists of 2 Chelsea stars that are Kalidou Koulibaly and Eduard Mendy who are playing as central defence and goalkeeper respectively. Senegal's captain, Kalidou happened to be a man of the match in their last group stage match while Mendy has conceded 4 goals in 3 matches which needs improvement.
