Aubameyang had been pictured at Barcelona Monday afternoon and many suspected he had landed their to complete a loan move from Arsenal football club. However according to transfers rumours' it is believed that the transfer has broke down over an issue with salary. It seems there will be no time to resurrect the deal in time to complete medicals, Barcelona are desperate to release Osmane Dembele to free up wages and it appears no club is interested in him at the moment.
That means Aubameyang faces another six months on the sideline because there is next to no chance that Arteta will restore him back in the starting line up, the two's relationship is beyond repair. Barcelona however still have options on the table with likes of Luuk de Jong, Martin Braithweith and Mephis depay still in contention for the striking position and it appears the gunners are on the loosing end in this deal given Aubameyang's wages is enormous.
