Photos Of Rudiger Posing With Real Madrid Shirt After Completing Transfer

Chelsea German Centre back Antonio Rudiger agreed to join Real Madrid on a free transfer. This is due to His contract expiry with Chelsea. Chelsewa were unable to agree on a new contract with the German due to the ownership issues. This gave the Spanish giants a full advantage to acquire the defender.

Rudiger has already signed a contract with the Champions Leage winners until 2026. He is set to officialy leave Chelsea at the end of this month and start the pre-season with his new home.

The German will challenge David Alaba and Eder Militao for a starting spot at centre-back, though Alaba could now get his wish of playing a little further forward. Image

After the deal was confirmed on Friday,Rudiger has alredy been seen posing for photos with a shirt of his new team. Rudiger wrote on Instagram,"I'm proud to announce that I'll be joining @RealMadrid. I'm super excited for all the challenges ahead and can't wait to play my first games for this huge club."
