Premier League side Chelsea have faced their deadliest nightmare ever since the return from International duty, conceding 7 goals in only two games and losing them both, however this is likely to continue ahead of their 30th league game trip to St. Mary Stadium since atleast 3 star players are likely to miss the show.
With star forward Hudson-Odoi already a confirmed absentee for up to three weeks due to injury, the Blue fuels are as well likely to be without some of star forwards Romelu Lukaku and Hakim Ziyech, whom are all set to receive a last minute test after missing training yesterday, now incase things stay this way this injury list will affect the Blues' chances of winning this game since the missing players have been trying their best this season.
Giving out his statement in his pre-match press conference ahead of Southampton clash Tuchel Revealed:“Callum Hudson-Odoi is still out. We are a bit in doubt with Romelu and Hakim Ziyech. They were not in training due to little problems yesterday. We need a test to see if they are in training at three o’clock and available for tomorrow.”
Chelsea are ready in need of three points today in order to seal the Champions league spot and also to reduce pressure on Tuchel, but will the attacking formation of Mason Mount, Werner and Kai Havertz be enough to sink ever pressing Southampton?
