The Manchester Derby was concluded in favour of Manchester City who were dominant over Manchester United. The Red Devils were hoping to get a point from the tough match, but Eric Bailly's own goal and Bernando Silva goal gave them a massive win.
Speaking after the match, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer clarified on whether he might be sacked after the loss as he stated that he is confident that his job is safe.
Solskjaer stated: "No I don't [think he is on borrowed time]. I have good communication with the club all the time which is up front and honest. I work for Man United, I want the best for Man United. As long as I am here I want to improve this."
The Manchester United manager went ahead to rate his squad by saying: "At the moment we are far off the top teams. The demands on me and the players are going to be high and we have to get back to what we started to look like. We have the players to do that."
Do Manchester United require to sack Ole Gunnar Solskjaer?
