Speaking on behalf of the club, Oliver Kahn announced that the club has changed mind on acquiring Ronaldo. He explained that the club has a different strategy therefore won't be able to sign him.
“I can rule out a move for Ronaldo. We’ve considered it, we all love Ronaldo but strategy is different. We’ve a clear idea, philosophy of how our squad should be put together”, tells the Sky.
The ex-United player featured in Portugal's yesterday clash against Uruguay in which they won 2-0 qualifying for World Cup round off 16.
