Manchester United have been reported to be in a race to sign Borussia Dortmand star Erling Haaland. However the deal has always been unsuccessful and United are Unlikely to sign him this summer due to high competition and other limiting factors.
Following the miss, United have identified a left winger from Premier League rivals Leicester city. Barnes has been instrumental in the foxes's first team and his injury during a match against Arsenal might have contributed to their loss last weekend.
According to MEN report, Manchester United have been reportedly asked to sign the 23-year-old winger who has greatly shone in Leicester City. Leicester are the third in the Premier League table, one point below second placed United, and 13 points below league leaders Manchester City.
