Crystal Palace opened the scores in the 7th minute through Edouard who was assisted by Jordan Ayew before Aubameyang equalised for the blues in the 38th minute after being assisted by Thiago Silva to force a 1-1 draw at halftime. Chelsea brought on Loftus Cheek, Broja, Gallagher and Pulisic as substitutes for Jorginho, Aubameyang, Havertz and Mount in the second half hence scored the winner in the 90th minute through Conor Gallagher who was assisted by Christian Pulisic to seal a 2-1 victory for the Blues.
Chelsea fans were impressed by duo Reece James & Conor Gallagher performance in the second half that lead to the winner being scored at stoppage time. Reece James had 95% passing accuracy, created 2 big chances made 12 passes and 9 ball recoveries alongside 4 ground duels won. Chelsea fans branded Gallagher & Reece James dribbling & shooting power as incredible and urged Potter to never bench them this season.
