As of now, Arsenal sit top of the EPL with a good 5 point gap between them and Man City. One thing I have noticed about this Arsenal team is that they are having different players stepping up to the plate whenever need arises. One needs not to look any farther to believe this. Last weekend Odegaard became the hero that night with a brace at a time when the Gunners really needed goals to show for their dominance. The captain's 2 goals opened up a 5 point lead for the Gunners at the top going into the world cup. Odegaard’s example is not an isolated one though. A weekend before, Gabriel Magahales scored the only goal at Stamford Bridge to condemn Chelsea to a defeat on their own turf. We have seen players like Reiss Nelson, Saliba, Vieira,Partey step up whenever Arsenal need goals.Long may it continue.
