Manchester United latest: Martial back to training, Caicedo and Frimpong links to United and more

MUFC will play a friendly match against Cadiz CF during the World Cup winter break at the start of December.

Manchester have already scouted FC Porto's Diogo Costa multiple times, and they plan to keep watching him. United really appreciate him as per Fabrizio Romano.

United have been told they must pay £85M to snap-up Moises Caicedo from Brighton.

Official: In preparation for the restart of the Premier League in late December, Erik ten Hag, his coaching staff and those mufc players who will not feature in the World Cup will participate in a week-long winter training camp in Cadiz during the December winter break.

Manchester united will secure Marcus Rashford's future before the end of the year to fend off interest from rival clubs – However, it may be difficult for the two sides to agree a new contract before the new year, particularly if Rashford goes to the World Cup.

Erik ten Hag sees Marcus Rashford as central to his plans and it is understood that the player wants to stay at @Manchester_Utdfc.

Anthony Martial has returned to full first team training ahead of United’s meeting with Real Sociedad on Thursday evening. Only four matches remain before the World Cup, but there should be scope for Martial to make his return to the fold prior to then. The sample size remains small given extended spells on the sidelines, but United have looked better for having Martial in the side when he has been fit.

Manchester united will have scouts watching Jeremie Frimpong in Bayer Leverkusen's next few games. Leverkusen will try and keep him in January.
