Kenyans woke up to sad news last week of the murder of ardent football fan and supporter Isaac Juma. The football fan was killed by unknown people over land ownership disputes.

Leaders and Kenyans send condolence messages to the bereaved family of the late Isaac Juma. Deputy president William and former prime minister Raila Odinga were among senior government officials who send condolence messages.

Today Kakamega governor Wycliffe Oparanya hosted the late Isaac Juma family at his official office in Nairobi. The family was led by the deceased wife Farida Juma.

Governor Wycliffe Oparanya regretted the death of Juma who was a staunch supporter of Harambee stars and AFC Leopards. He called investigative agencies to apprehend those involved in the incident.

Oparanya further said that his county administration will cater for burial expenses and clear school fees for Isaac Juma's three children who are in secondary school.

" We will support the family of Juma to settle expenses and also clear school fees for his children" said governor Wycliffe Oparanya.

Mr. Oparanya also revealed that former prime minister Raila Odinga and Nakuru governor Lee Kinyanjui might attend the burial ceremony of the late football fan Isaac Juma.

Governor Oparanya advisor on youth affairs Mophat Mandela and advisor on political affairs Mohammed Omoro were present in the meeting.
