Chelsea will not be welcoming the news that their midfielder was caught in the wrong side of the law.Recent reports suggest that Chelsea's midfielder, Ross Barkley was caught using his phone while driving. The English midfielder is facing a possible fine of a hundred and fifty pounds for his offence.This amount is equal to twenty three million, one hundred and eighty four thousand, nine hundred and eight shillings.
