Ghana have done African continent proud after beating South Korea 3.2 to win their first group stage match.The side scored two goals in the first half through Mohamed Salisu and Mohamed Kudus.However,South Korea came from behind in the second half to equalise before Mohamed Kudus scoring the second goal for himself and the third for Ghana.

Kudus was amazing as his pace and trickery proved too good for the South Koreans. How will Ghana qualify to the round of sixteen?it is possible that Ghana will get a point against Uruguay. If Portugal manages to beat Uruguay, they will be the first to qualify in this group, for Ghana,their goalscoring tactics could be an added advantage. If they drew in the second spot with the likes of Uruguay and South Korea,the number of goals will be used to determine one who qualifies.
