Manchester United were back to their best again as they faced Burnley today at Old Trafford in match day 32.
Manchester United were the best team as they put more pressure on Burnley who had a difficult time defending against the high press from Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford, Mason Greenwood and Bruno Fernandez.
Mason Greenwood opened the scoring through a brilliant strike from a Marcus Rashford world class cross.
However, Burnley managed to equalised moments later, but Mason Greenwood put Manchester United ahead with his second strike.
Burnley put on more pressure on Manchester United, but did not manage to score an equaliser as Edinson Cavani put the Red Devils ahead with a brilliant goal.
In the build up to the third goal, Manchester United forgotten star midfielder Donny Van De Beek played a huge role as he created more space to the left where Bruno Fernandez passed the ball to him before he provided an assist to Cavani.
This is his first goal involvement in 2021 coming from the bench, as he is struggling to get game time under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The assist proved to be a perfect birthday gift for Van De Beek as he is celebrating his 25th birthday.
Happy birthday Donny Van De Beek.
