OFFICIAL: Liverpool Star Wins Man Of The Match Award After A Fine Performance yesterday

Trent Alexander Arnold returned to Liverpool's starting lineup today as the Reds played Brentford at Anfield Stadium in an intriguing Premier League match. The English international was outstanding in the encounter, guiding Liverpool to a 3-0 win against Brentford.

Liverpool required 44 minutes of football action to open the score, with Fabinho connecting with a fine header from Alexander Arnold's cross to put the Reds 1-0 up at halftime.

Liverpool increased their lead to 2-0 in the 67th minute of the game when Oxlade Chamberlain struck the back of the goal with a stunning header. Takumi Minamino came off the bench and scored as well, making the final score 3:0 in favor of the Anfield giants.

Trent Alexander Arnold was definitely a key figure in Liverpool's triumph against Brentford tonight, putting in an amazing effort. The 23-year-old was quite active on the attack for Liverpool and even contributed an assist. The Englishman was crowned Man Of The Encounter for his outstanding performance in the match. He obviously deserved the award, in my view, after his outstanding performance against the Bees.
