Champions league defending Champions Chelsea continued their hot streak as they subjected their London rivals Tottenham Hotspurs to the sword away from the Stamford Bridge Stadium to cement their status as one of the premier league contenders this season.
Veteran defender Thiago Silva opened the scoring spree for the Blues after nodding home a Marcos Alonso corner before N'Golo Kante's shot took a wicked deflection off Eric Dier for the second goal while Antonio Rudiger sealed all the three points with the third goal.
Chelsea supporters have however identified their most important player under Thomas Tuchel and they have shared their opinion about former Paris Saint Germain defender Thiago Silva who was a rock at the heart of defence.
Apart from his headed goal, Silva silenced a front line of Son, Locelso and Harry Kane in a highly entertaining fixture with the win now taking the Blues top of the log standings equal on points with Liverpool but the Roman Abramovich owned side boasts a superior goal difference.
