English Premier league giants Manchester United have recorded good results since the appointment of Erik Ten Hag as the team manager.

Erik Ten Hag has really changed the outlook of the team .The Dutch international has no joke .He has ensured the team remains discipline through out.

Erik Ten Hag has really maintained discipline to his team.United have come to days when Sir Alex Ferguson used to be the manager .

During his days ,Sir Alex Ferguson used to say no one is bigger than the club .Whether you are the supper star or not .This made United to be one of the best club in the World .They won a number of trophies ,Champions League,Premier League ,among other domestic cups .

The days are seen to be back now .Discipline is the key to success.Erik Ten Hag has same system of working with players like the former United manager sir Alex Ferguson .Ten Hag is the game changer of the club as per now .

A number of managers have failed to handle big named players .United has hired a number of managers since Ferguson left but they failed to handle the players with big names .

This led to United poor performance .When the player feels that they are above the managers and he clubs they are playing for its the beginning of poor results and its clear things have changed at Old Trafford.

Erik Ten Hag did clashed with Christiano Ronaldo at sometimes back ,the Portuguese find it had to work under Erik Ten Hag .Ten Hag benched him and even not including him to the team during match schedule.
