When Corona virus hit the world in early 2020, everything was locked down. Among other things Manchester United was ordered not to conduct their pre match face to face interviews at the club's training Center known as Carrington training complex.
Two years down the line, all Manchester United fans finally have reasons to smile after things returned to normalcy today. It was all smiles from the interim coach Ralf Rangnick as he for the first time held press conference at Carrington.
Since his arrival he had been forced to conduct such conferences via zoom. But things finally have changed. This happened since the UK government had decided to drop all the restrictions that were put in place due to covid 19 pandemic.
Manchester United travel to their neighbor Manchester City for their second leg league game. United lost 2-0 to city a few months back at Old Trafford thanks to an own goal from Erick Bailly and near the post finish from Mahrez.
