Chelsea is currently the best football club in the world after winning the UEFA champions league last season. However, the big question is can they retain the title next season? Premier League clubs are rushing against time to add quality players to their squads this summer but Chelsea is reluctant in doing any business.
The Blues have only been strongly linked with Erling Haaland who is the topmost summer target for Tuchel. Other clubs such as London rivals Arsenal, Manchester United, and Liverpool has already signed new players this summer.
However, Chelsea can challenge Manchester City for the Premier League title and still manage to retain the UEFA Champions League trophy. Last transfer summer Chelsea signed a couple of world-class stars who need time to adapt to the Premier League. All these players have now adjusted to the League and can coordinate well with each other to deliver positive results.
Tuchel has a good squad depth that allows him to rotate his players well. Check out how Chelsea might line up next season without making any signing.
Mateo Kovacic, Christian Pulisic, Hakim Ziyech, Hudson Odoi, Alonso, Aziplicueta
