Arsenal Fc is trying to bolster their team before the transfer deadline date on Monday. The Gunners are reported to be keen to reinforce their squad with a Goalkeeper a midfielder and a Centre forward. Given the current situation, it seems only the American stopper Matt Turner is on his way on a €5m deal.
Edu was close to completing a deal for Juventus star Arthur, however, the deal is said to have hit rock bottom after Arsenal owners rejected the terms of the deal. Reports claim that Edu was close to signing the player on 18 months loan deal with an option to buy for £40m at the end.
Arthur has fallen down the pecking order at Juventus and was looking forward to a deal away from the Italian giants to prove himself. It is a surprise for Arsenal owners to put down the deal because it is in rare occasions that this has happened. It is unknown as to where Arteta's stand is at yet. Whether with Edu or with the Arsenal’s hierarchy.
