Manchester United suffered their third defeat in four games and their second consecutive home game loss after they were thrashed by Aston Villa 1-0 at Old Trafford yesterday.
Man United had plenty of thier chances wasted as their forward was somehow blunt. Mason Greenwood would have contributed at least 3 goals but he was too selfish.
Kortney Hause's second half strike from the corner kick was enough to grant Aston Villa 3 points in front of Manchester United.
However despite loss, the three players below deserves a lot of credit for their performance yesterday:
DAVID DE GEA
The Spaniard was once again on a brilliant form after receiving praises last weekend for the penalty save against West Ham United.
He made a great save to deny Villa an opening goal in the first half after a failed back pass from Harry Maguire.
Lindelof came as a substitute to replace Harry Maguire in the second half after the captain showed some signs of injury.
He too came with a positive influence on the game which proved that he should not be benched by Ole Gunnar Solskjear.
Manchester United will face Villarreal on Wednesday before playing Everton at Goodison Park on Sartuday.
