Chelsea were held to a 1-1 stalemate after a late penalty was converted to a goal following the handball from Chalobah who was trying hard to defend. Pulisic had earlier fired a goal to put us 1 goal ahead, we were later beaten up following Conor Gallagher penalty- out miss.
The Chelsea head coach, Thomas Tuchel was left disappointed following the results.
"It was not good enough for the quality and effort we showed in the first 80 metres of the pitch, the amount of space we had and the amount of chances we created were not good enough in the last 20 minutes." he said.
He said that he deserves a lot of improvement to be made following the 1-1 draw.
Chelsea who have made Three signings so far are almost close to seal a deal of Jules Kounde from Sevilla at a fee of £55 m plus add-ons, Barcelona were not ready to enter into bidding with Chelsea hence offering the club an upper hand to seal the deal.
