In the 14th minute, Bidco United's Eric Gichimu got things going. Right before halftime, Timothy Otieno of Posta evened the score. Bidco United's 94th-minute goal came from Ezekiel Okare.
Hosts At Bukhungu Stadium, Vihiga Bullets suffered a 2-0 defeat to Bandari FC. In the 54th minute, William Wadai put Bandari in front. A goal for Bandari was scored eight minutes later by Felix Oluoch. 
Kariobangi Sharks lost 2-1 against KCB. A penalty by Erick Adem in the 35th minute gave KCB the advantage. In the 95th minute, Michael Mutinda increased the margin. In response, Kevin Musamali of the Kariobangi Sharks scored from the penalty mark two minutes later.
