Netherlands International Donny Van De Beek joined Manchester United from Ajax in the year 2020 and indeed he had a warm welcome at the club by both the fans and management. The talented midfielder has however faced hard times at his current club, with him getting very little playing time under manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
With him struggling last season a lot, the reports from Solskajer during the start of the current season sounded good on his side after the numerous questions from his agent but still the tale is the same that used to happen. Van De Beek has only started one match for United this season and it was when the red devils lost to West Ham in the carabao cup.
In the year 2019, he was even nominated for the Ballon D'or award but lack of enough playing time has reduced him into a bench warmer.
Jesse Lingard, Anthony Martial, Nemanja Matic, Eric Baily, Alex Telles, and Jadon Sancho are also the other players who have struggled under Solskjaer of getting the first-team football.
