Big blow to Kenyans, the reason being that goalkeeper Matasi and his family have been involved in a fatal road accident. The accident occurred along Kapsabet-Nakuru road, Lessos.
Going by the reports, Matasi's private Audi car had a tyre burst making it to lose control and roll off the road. After the incident, the victim were admitted to Lessos clinic and then referred to Kapsabet hospital, via an ambulance.
So far Matasi's brother Albert Mulanda has confirmed that the lives of Matasi and the other victims are out of danger. Thou they are still suffering from chest and body pains.The other victims are Matasi's wife and Child, and two of his brothers in law.
Mulanda as also confirmed that Matasi got involved in the accident as he was heading to Nairobi from Kakamega. In conclusion, Mr Albert has requested Kenyans to pray for his brother, former FC Leopard player, and his family has they fight this tough times.
