One West Ham Player who gave Chelsea attackers a rough evening in thrilling London derby

West Ham were determined to frustrate Chelsea at their home stadium and David Moyes sat deep to restrict the Blues from creating chances and scoring a goal.

Chelsea showed attacking intent in the game, and West Ham were forced to conceded several corners, but Tuchel's men could not make something out of it. They failed to score, and this came to haunt them later. Michail Antonio scored from a tumbling corner to put West Ham ahead.

Kurtz Zouma was all the problem for Chelsea's attackers. The France international was excellent at the back against his former side. He made two crucial clearances and a few blocks to deny Chelsea goal-scoring opportunities. The center back was always in the right place at the right time. However, when Tuchel made a substitution, he started to grow weary.

The flow of the game changed with a substitution made by Tuchel, and Chelsea controlled the game, scoring two goals to complete a brilliant comeback.

In the dying minutes, West Ham found the equalizer and went into wild jubilation, but their celebration was cut short by the VAR ruling. When Mendy was fouled, there were slim chances that he could have made a save, but the VAR ruled out the goal.
