He was, a few days ago, released unconditionally and the DPP said that he will not be pressing any charges against the embattled president of football in the country.
This afternoon, he has again been released on a ten million shillings cash bail pending a hearing on a later date.
The court has barred him from accessing the Football Kenya Federation offices until the court clears him of all charges that have been labelled against him.
Nick Mwendwa has been the president of football in the country for quite some time and during his tenure, a lot of people have complained.
This is what led the Cabinet Secretary of Sports Amina Mohamed to disband FKF and appoint a standing committee that will oversee football matters in the country headed by former Justice Aaron Ringera.
