Europa League

Thursday's Match Predictions

Here are today's detailed match analysis and predictions:1. PSV v Omonia Nicosia

PSV are favourites to win with players like Mario Gotze and the rest: I believe they will play to their best to qualify to the next stage.

2. Young Boys v CFR Cluj

Both teams performed quite well, but the young boys on the home team actually won 63% of the games. CFR Cluj has been acknowledging that they have so much possession that they can't to get anything on the Young Boys.

3. Dundalk v Arsenal

I don't think we will see both teams scoring in this match today as Arsenal has only three conceded goals in their past 5 away matches. Dundalk is in average home form while Arsenal are performing good at away. Previous matches between Dundalk and Arsenal have averaged 3 goals while GG has happened 0% of the time. Arsenal will take this chance to redeem themselves because the EPL nightmares might continue again.

4. Bayer Leverkusen v Slavia Prague

One of the toughest sides to defeat at home is Bayer Leverkusen and slavia prague should expect a tough outing tonight.

5. CSKA Sofia v Roma

Roma are favourites here but they don't need points anymore. I think they will not score over 2 goals in this match. Additionally, I think that Roma will keep a clean sheet.

6. Tottenham v Antwerp

Spurs will be smarting from the away game and I highly doubt Antwerp carry the same attacking threat away from home.

7. Rosenborg v Mjondalen

Rosenborg is a good team currently on 5th place. They still need to set their pace so they have to let the points remain back home.

8. Lech Poznan v Rangers

Rangers have been impressive this season and are on a away run of 12 unbeaten in all competitions. Although they've already qualified they'll want to insure top spot in their group.

9. Standard Liege v Benfica

The guests are in good shape so far. They are likely to win this fixture with some ease.

10. HNK Rijeka v AZ

Based on their previous match, AZ are advantaged that their opponents are missing some key players in their squad.

11. Celtic v Lille

Celtic have conceded an insane seventeen goals in this group and their league form hardly offers encouragement in defense either. I expect more than three goals in this much awaited mouthwatering meeting.

12. TSG Hoffenheim v Gent

Hoffenheim and KAA Gent go head to head in the UEFA Europa League. The last meeting ended with the following result : KAA Gent 1 - 4 Hoffenheim. We expect a repeat of the same today

13. Dinamo Zagreb v CSKA Moscow

Dinamo have not conceded a single goal yet and Moscow are easily the lowest scoring side in this group so far. A win for the home team is possible.

14. PAOK Salonika v Granada

Neither team have anything to play for which makes it interesting but the main key is Grenada's group lead defense. With that in mind, expect a lot of goals in this encounter.

15. Braga v Zorya

Braga won the first leg away and and I expect them to win this one too it may seem too difficult game but they must win it.

16. Sparta Prague v AC Milan

Milan won the first leg 3-0 and as the visitors will want to lead the park they would need goals to secure themselves better.

17. Leicester v AEK Athens

Leicester won the first leg narrowly after but it was an over 2 goals. I expect them to win this encounter also again.
