AFC Leopards captain Isaac Kipyegon yesterday on an interview revealed that the club is expecting to reunite with their head coach Patrick Aussems today as the Football Kenya Federation Premier League (FKFPL) is set to begin on Saturday, 25th September 2021.
AFC Leopards who had a transfer ban imposed on them cannot sign new players despite a number of players exiting the club.
However, the AFC Leopards captain is certain that all will be well in the club as it is part of football seeing players shifting from a team to another.
Captain Isaac took the initiative to wish his former teammates - Robinson Kamura, Harrison Mwendwa, Benjamin Ochan, Clyde Senaji, Elvis Rupia and Collins Shichenje - the best in their careers.
On the positive end, captain Isaac confirmed that all players had resumed training apart from those who ended their contracts with the club.
