Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen, has for sometime now been known as a politician who is not one to shy away from speaking his mind.

He is a staunch supporter of Deputy President William Ruto, and on many occasions has defended him against verbal attacks by his political competitors.

However aside from his political life, Murkomen has on many occasions also proven to be a proud family man.

He is a father who loves his children very much and a loving husband to his wife of 12 years Grace Wanjiru.

The Elgeyo Marakwet Senator has always appreciated his wife for the vital role that she plays in holding the family together.

However earlier today he also proved that even though one is a politician, he can also be a father and perform daddy duties back at home.

On his Facebook account, the vocal senator gave netizens a sneak peek of him spending time with his 3 sons doing exercises and playing football together.

He posted several photos of them training and enjoying football at home earlier today.

Aside from the three sons Murkomen also has a daughter with his wife, and the two married way back in 2009 after meeting at the University of Nairobi.

Kipchumba Murkomen being a staunch supporter of the English football club Manchester United, he has always loved the game of football.

On many occasions especially last year, he also took part in playing football tournaments like the Kiptoyot Cup Finals which was hosted by the Kericho Senator Aaron Cheruiyot.

He joined the team of Bunge FC which consisted on many politicians including Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala and also Hon. Koech.

However with regards to his post today, netizens reacted by congratulating him for spending time with his children.
