Roman Abramovich could sack Thomas Tuchel if he ends without trophy this season

Since taking over at Stamford Bridge, Chelsea's manager has proven to be an excellent coach.

Tuchel has delivered for the Blues by implementing a tactical game plan in relation to the opposition clubs.

Recently, Chelsea's squad was recognized with the Best Midfielder of the Year and Best Player of the Year awards. The honors went to N'Golo Kante and Andreas Jorginhno.

All of this was made possible by the efforts of Tuchel, the club's general manager.

However, in the case of Frank Lampard, who was also a part of the club's history and was formerly the club's manager, Abramovich dismissed him.

In this post, I hope to convey to my readers that Roman Abramovich has the option of dismissing Thomas Tuchel if the team does not win a title this season.

Chelsea as a club, in my opinion, is a one-man operation with the authority to hire and fire without consulting anybody else or soliciting their advice.

Tuchel might be fired if he finishes the season without winning any of the league's trophies, regardless of how well he performed the previous season.

I believe that Tuchel will have to maintain consistency in his style of play in order to avoid being placed on probation, like he did to Frank Lampard before being ousted earlier this season.
