Man Utd: Benhrama Forced Into Market, Bayern Rule Out Sane Move

Said Benhrama

West Ham United are prepared to let go of Algerian striker Said Benhrama after recently completing the landmark signing of Gianluca Scamacca from Sassuolo. David Moyes is working towards restructuring his offensive line up so as to raise the level of competitiveness in the squad for this season. The Hammers started the new season on a low after succumbing from a brace from Erling Braut Haaland at home in the opening match of the season

Said Benhrama is a prolific striker but unfortunately his demands for a new deal are overly inflated according to the club’s director. So as to avoid losing him on a free at the end of this season, the club has thought it wise to sell him for a cut price fee of around €20 Million. Manchester United are currently hunting for an attacker with Benhrama’s attributes; it is only a matter of time until he lands in Ten Hag’s radar. Having such a player in the squad will surely prompt Rashford and Sancho to raise their output on the pitch.

Leroy Sane

Bayern Munich striker Leroy Sane has been linked with an audacious move to Manchester United but unfortunately for Manchester United fans, the transfer rumors have been ruled out as hearsay. According to Bayern’s football director, Hassan Salihamidzic, the club has no intentions of selling the winger nor have they received tempting offer to sell him this summer. On his part, Sane has no plans whatsoever to join Manchester United mostly because of his past affiliation with Manchester City.

As pointed out earlier, Erik Ten Hag is in search of a new winger who will be capable of unlocking Sancho and Rashford’s potential. For the brief moment that Sane was linked to Manchester United, the fans were very excited about the prospect of signing the German international because they know the amount of influence that he can add to the squad. Sane is yet to sign a new contract which means that there is a big chance he might be a free agent at the end of the new season.
