Rio Ferdinand Names EPL club with "fantastic Academy youths" which have been outstanding

Former Manchester United player and pundit Rio Ferdinand has honestly named Chelsea as the premier league team that has the best academy youths that have been outstanding in their careers so far. The Manchester United legend believes that the West London club have produced one of the best young players in the premier like Broja and Conor Gallagher who have been outstanding for the past season.

Chelsea is known for producing best academy products for a long period of time such as the likes of John Terry, Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham and many more. The players have gone on to become top talents for both Chelsea and other European teams. Rio Ferdinand has named Chelsea duo Armando Broja and Conor Gallagher as the two academy graduates players who will benefit for the signature of former Brighton manager Graham Potter.

Graham Potter is known for improving players and the 47 years old will have to improve Chelsea Academy graduates like Broja, Reece James, Gallagher and Mason Mount this season henceforth at the club. The English pundit Rio Ferdinand has praised the West London club as the team with fantastic academy youths which will have a bright future after the introduction of Graham Potter at the club.

"The young players, Broja there were loads of clubs courting him, in years gone by he would have been let go.

"The same with Conor Gallagher. Now they are sitting there thinking thank god for this guy [Graham Potter]. There would have been a lot of people going 'oh my god' Tuchel has gone, I was one of them.

"But there will be some young players who really benefit from this. Chelsea have a fantastic youth academy as well."
