Jesse Lingard’s temporary move from Manchester to Westham United could be what he needed to bring back his class.
Lingard completed a loan transfer a few days ago and he has already started delivering for Westham United.
Lingard now has two goals under Westham United jersey in one game only, what he never did not do for Manchester United this season.
The talented England attacking midfielder cold days and nights in Ole Gunnar’s bench and sometimes not even being on the bench.
However, on his debut game and in a reunion with his former coach at Old Trafford, he delivered.
Lingard scored two second half goals against Aston Villa to hand David Moyes 3 away points and move to position 5 with 38 points.
This means that the star who had been reduced to a bench warmer by red devils is back to where his fans want.
With just two goals in less than ninety minutes played, he has beaten the likes of Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech, Christian Pulisic and Mason Greenwood in the top scorer’s table.
After his first game as West Londoner he posted a simple message for his fans.
Lingard wrote that is was a perfect start with three points and two goals from him.
