Erik Ten Hag Makes Head Start On New Manchester United Role After Holding Talks In London

Erik Ten Hag efforts to get a head start on planning for next season as Manchester United has been accelerated as he arrived in London on Wednesday this week for the new meetings with the club staff.

The 52-year old jetted in on a private flight and was accompanied Mitchell Van der Gaag, who will soon be confirmed as one of his assistant at Old Trafford with Steve McClaren, who is experienced assistant coach since the reign of Alex Fargarson also set to join the new backroom staff.

The pair will hold discussion over recruitment and United's wide-ranging overhaul of operational structures at their Mayfair on Thursday. Ten Hag is expected to attend the final away game of Manchester United against crystal palace this season.

Ten Hag will be able to evaluate the weak areas at Manchester United by understanding how they will play against palace. Ten Hag will be able to make his new signings once the transfer window opens.
