After All Matches Were Played Today, This is the New English Championship Table Standings

Coventry City came back from a goal down to edge Nottingham Forest 2-1 at home to climb up to position 5 in the Championship table with 3 points. Hull City humbled Preston North End 4-1 at home to climb up to the top of English Football League Championship with 3 points, 4 goals & +3 goals difference. Luton Town saw off Petersbrough 3-0 at home, to climb up to position 2 in the table with +3 goals difference & 3 points. Stoke City demolished Reading 3-2 at home to climb up to position 3 with +1 goal difference & 3 goals scored. Blackburn Rovers defeated Swansea 2-1 at home to climb up to position 4 with 3 points while Birmingham demolished Sheffield United 1-0 to climb up to position 5 with 3 points.

Fulham who were relegated from the Premier League last season were held into a 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage by Middlesbrough. Fulham dropped to position 14 with 1 point alongside Middlesbrough & promotion favourites Cardiff who drew 1-1 against Barnsley to drop points. Bristol drew 1-1 against Blackpool to share points, Derby County drew 1-1 against Huddersfield while Queens Park Rangers were stunned at home after drawing 1-1 against Millwall at home to drop 2 points each.
