The English Premier league clubs are busy in this transfer window which is scheduled to be closed next week. Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United have not made any signing hence, expect lots of movement this week.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Newcastle United have made a breakthrough in the pursuit of Brazilian and Lyon midfield maestro Bruno Guimaraes. Lyon agreed a transfer fee of 30 million pounds, plus the player and his agent have accepted the contract they were offered.

Bruno will undergo his medicals at Mexico before returning to the Brazil camp for the World qualifiers preparations. Several clubs including Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germain were interested in securing the services of the 24 years old.
It's huge boost for for Eddie Howe, who is building a squad at St James Park to help the team avoid relegation. Lyon left back Emerson Palmieri is also likely to follow him after being pursued by parent club Chelsea.
