Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea failed to keep their hold on the premier league tittle race in the recently ended season due to a number of reasons. The Blues could not match the squad depth and quality of rivals Liverpool and Manchester City.
Constant injuries also left Tuchel with unreliable squad members. Following the approval by the FA for Todd Boehly to be Chelsea's new owner yesterday, the Blues are now set for a new era post Roman Abramovic. 
Just hours after the successful takeover of the club, Chelsea fans are in for great new from the new owners. According to reports, the new club owners are set to invest two hundred million euros in the transfer market.
This means that Thomas Tuchel could seal the signing of most of his targets.These include the likes of Raheem Sterling,Jules Kounde,Ivan Perisic among many other top stars. This happens as the Blues aims in bridging the gap between them and other premier league top rival clubs.
