After premier league match day 28, Alan Shearer has released his team of the week. It has been a very busy weekend of football which saw Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool come out with a win while Chelsea drew and Tottenham lost.
However Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy got the nod in goal after his masterclass against Leeds United. Allan Shearer then decided to use a 3-4-3 formation where the three defenders he chose were Manchester United's Luke Shaw, Liverpool's Ozan Kabak and Burnley's James Tarkowski.
In midfield, Alan Shearer chose, Brighton midfielder Leandro Trossard, Arsenal youngster Emile Smith Rowe, Leeds United Tyler Roberts and Leicester City's Ayoze Perez.
In attack, he started with a controversial decision of choosing Erik Lamela who saw a red card in their loss to Arsenal. He also chose Leicester City's hat trick hero Kelechi Iheanacho and Burnley's attacker Dwight McNeil who scored in their game against Everton.
