Manchester United's defence leaked a lot in the just-ended season upto the extend that The Red Devil's finished the season without a single goal after conceding 58 goals total.
This has impacted Man United to add a center back on their list of transfer targets this summer in order to solve this problem.
In a meeting with new manager Erik Ten Hag, Man United discussed Jurrien Timber's name and the club will decide on signing him soon to reunite him with his former coach.
The likes of Victor Lindelof, Eric Bailly and Harry Maguire had chastening season and some of them maybe sold to pave way for a solid center back.
According to sports news reporter Fabrizio Romano via Facebook page, Man United held a meeting some days ago and Timber was heavily discussed.
Another star on the list is Villarreal Spanish defender Pau Torres who has been Man United's long time target since the previous season.
