Harambee stars striker Masoud Juma scored his first goal this year after going ten matches without a goal.The Kenyan scored for his side Diffa Hassan El Jadida against Ittihad Tanger in Moroccan Botola league yesterday night.The Kenyan international will be hoping for a recall back to the national team Harambee Stars after injuries kept him out of the world Cup qualifiers last year. Juma will be expected to partner Michael Olunga upfront ahead of the encounter with Cameroon.
Elsewhere, Joseph Okumu has been nominated for the player of the season award in Belgium after a stellar performance since joining the side last year.KAA Gent has been banking on the Kenyan in Central defence and he has never disappointed them.He helped them to the round of sixteen in the UEFA Europa conference league and will be hoping for an accolade this term.We wish him all the best ahead of the voting process.
