Chelsea ended the league season on a winning note as they got a 2 - 1 win over Watford in a crunch encounter between both clubs.
Thomas Tuchel's side were impressive against Watford but they were not lethal enough in front of goal. Kai Havertz gave Chelsea the lead in the opening minutes of the first half.

In the second half, Watford equalized through Gosling before Barkley's strike in the final minute of the game gave Chelsea their 21st win of the season in their final match.
It was 1-0 to Chelsea after 45 minutes in their final game of the season, and that means Thomas Tuchel’s Blues team had set an interesting record.

They lead at the end of the first half, meaning that they had gone a full 38 game season without being behind at half time.
Chelsea finish the season in third with 74 points, while Watford end the campaign in 19th on 23 points.
