Chelsea boss and German international Thomas Tuchel has been reported to have revealed new plans that he want to use and make sure the Blues are challenging for the Premier League title next season after finishing third in the previous season.
The German boss is prepared to go for a Barcelona star and former Ajax midfielder Frenkie De Jong. The Dutch midfielder is in a transfer saga as Manchester United wants to sign him but they are not ready to pay the asking fee from Barcelona which has made it difficult to strike a deal.
Tuchel could force Chelsea to pay the fee ahead of their Premier League rivals Manchester United and be in a position to Challenge for the titles given the calibre of the Dutch star. There is no agreement between Manchester United and Barcelona at the moment and it has put the deal in danger of collapsing.
Ours is to wait and see which club will pay the high asking fee from Barca and be able to sign the Dutch man before the transfer window closes.
