President William Ruto on 18th December evening resurfaced online with a message to his wife who doubles as the first lady Mama Rachael Ruto.
Speaking via his official twitter handle, UDA principal revealed that he's backing African team in the world cup final wishing a nice time for Rachael and kids as they cheer their choice on the other side.
Ruto as well reminded to pay the bet leaving Kenyans in speculations on whether they had placed a better on which side will emerge victorious.
" Supporting the African team in the world cup finals. Good luck Rachael and the kids as you support the other side. Remember to pay the bet!! Either way expecting a fine football", he wrote.
His remarks comes off when Lionel Messi's Argentina is fighting for 2022 World cup against France which last won the competition four years ago.
A win to Messi will be a world record considering the efforts he has been giving in to help his nation clinch the prestigious cup.
