Solskjaer Told a Player He Needs to Keep for Him to Win the Premier League Title

Manchester United like other top clubs in English football is fighting for the Premier League title this season and last summer they were on the market to find talented bodies to help them in the race.

The Ole Gunnar Solskjaer side signed both Jadon Sancho, Christiano Ronaldo, and defender Raphael Varane as they were keen on strengthening their squad for this season. However, Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been told a player he needs to keep if he wants to win back-to-back premier league titles at Old Trafford.

According to former Leeds United striker Noel Whelan, Solskjaer projects at Old Trafford will start with Pogba who has proved his best while at France. Whelan says Pogba,28 is one of the best midfielders in the current football world and Manchester United losing him will be unbelievable.

He says Manchester United should give Pogba money he wants as he deserves that unless there is hopes for Pogba to have a new challenge elsewhere. Whelan is convinced that the rebuilding process at Old Trafford must involve Pogba for it to be successful and fans gets the best from their club.

This comes at a time when Manchester United have offered a 400,000k per week contract for Paul Pogba which will make him one of the highest paid players in the Premier League and Europe. And they are waiting for the Frenchman to decide on his future. Reports claims they have set a dateline for Pogba to pen on new terms as closes at Old Trafford adds that Pogba is willing to sign new contract with Manchester United.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are reportedly to have revived their interests in the Frenchman who is keen to finish well in his career. The Spanish giants are looking to sign Pogba on a free transfer next summer when his contract with United will have expired.

Ours is to wait and see what could happen at the end between the two parties.
