Manchester United for the second time in a row have dropped points in the Premier League dropping five points after Saturday's 1-1 draw with Everton.
The red devils are currently in a very had form despite their midweek triumph in the Champions League over Villareal and their performances have been nothing but underwhelming to say the least.
That seemed to be the case in the early games but soon the honeymoon was over and Ole's poor tactics were exposed again.
At this point, I think it clear for all that Solksjaer is just not the kind of manager this club needs to complete their comeback to their old glory days and his game management is quite questionable.
Despite much protest from fans, Ole still continued that midfield trio of McTominay and Fred while leaving out Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard and also went for Martial instead of Sancho in attack.
You cannot leave your best players on the bench for such important games but to Ole that does not seem to bother him since he looks quite comfortable at his job. However, the glazers have to finally listen to the fans and get this man out before another season goes to waste.
