After a frustrating first half, Thomas Tuchel was forced in early substitution yo change the game in his favour. Chelsea did not have a shot on target in the first period, the sub paid off as Ngolo Kante netted a goal, as well as Rudiger and Thiago Silva.
After the game, Tuchel assessed what was lacking in the first half and why his side were so much better after the break.

Chelsea now have accumulated a total of 13 points and conceded only one goal, a penalty that they conceded at Liverpool before the international break.
