Harambeee Starlets will be playing South Sudan Bright Starlets tomorrow at the Nyayo National Stadium as from 3 PM. Starlets will be battling coach Shilene Booysen's side for the 2022 Africa Women Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
South Sudan arrived in Nairobi nine days ago from South Africa after taking part in this year's COSAFA Championships which was won by Tanzania.
Harambee Starlets finalised their training sessions today and captain Vivian Corazon expressed confidence in winning tomorrow's match.
The sentiments were also echoed by coach Charles Okere who is hopeful that his side will pick the full points tomorrow with the 'one match at a time' philosophy being used by hosts.
However, Bright Starlets coach Shilene Booysens is banking on competition sharpness from COSAFA and cohesion forged from their Kenyan camp to upset the hosts.
The second leg match will be played a week later in Nairobi after South Sudan made that proposal.
