Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has sent gunners supporters in a meltdown ahead of their London derby against Crystal Palace on Monday after the former Atletico maestro conjured a moment of magic against Zimbabwe in a World cup qualifying match.
Partey is viewed by the Arsenal hierarchy as well as their fan base as a vital cog to the team and the gunners season fortunes hinges on the midfielder staying fit for the rest of the season after struggling with injuries since arriving in North London.
The defensive midfielder lined up for the Black Stars in the middle of the park as his Ghana thrashed Zimbabwe by three goals to one with Partey getting on the score sheet for the second goal.
In a video shared by Goal.com correspondent Charles Watts, Partey wins possession near the Zimbabwe box in the 65th minute before attempting a feint shot that floors an opponent and then drills a fine low shot into the net much to the excitement of Arsenal fans.
