Chelsea Boss Thomas Tuchel Opens Up On What He Told His Players Before Kickoff Of UEFA Clash

Chelsea played Real Madrid in the Semifinals of the UEFA Champions League away and managed to get a positive result with an away goal.

The Pulisic's goal proved to be very vital heading into next Wednesday's return leg with all to play for at Stamford Bridge.

Thomas Tuchel reveals changing his tactics before kickoff when the Real Madrid team news trickled in.

The German tactician had prepared his side to 4-3-3 formation but had to slightly change it to counter Real Madrid's strong midfield.

Speaking to football Daily, The Blues Boss says he had to modify the roles of his Players as he opted to play two more men in the middle of the park to outrun Zidane's men.

"We had a quick talk in the dressing room to slightly change." Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel.

The Blues have improved under him and will be hoping a title this season will be good enough to justify the work he has done since replacing Frank Lampard.
